Just got my B&M shift kit

Not sure of what setting to put it on. I saw the post a little ways down but its not the same kit. My is the B&M shift improver kit. It has two settings Stage 1:RV/Heavy Duty and Stage 2: Street/Strip. Was thinking of stage 2 but don't want to put too much stress on the tranny. Which would be better?

Putting in an RV/Heavy duty wouldn't be smart. That isn't the right application for your car and may in fact do more harm than good. It's for RV's and big trucks, generally for towing.

Do the street/strip, that's what was intended to go into your car. It's not going to be too much stress, and is actually better for your transmission than the way it currently is.
