installed twin disk and now car won't turn over
Well I finished my twin disk mcloud install and a new starter and now the car won't turn over its like its jammed up. Starter is new its trying to turn the car over but its just bond tight. I installed the clutch just like it sayed in the instructions. I have installed 6 clutches in these car and never had an issue?

They have a habit of making the discs TOO THICK.Mine was 10 thousandths too thick and it ran, but I couldn't get into reverse, getting the car in gear was a pain, and so on.
When the disc is too thick, the clutch remains partially engaged and the starter really feels it.
I'd inspect the disk and measure it.
Just my two cents.

in a twin the top disk which has the Marcel in it should be no thicker than
.340 but usually between .325 and .330. any more than that and you'll have problems.
Now the bottom disk is a flat design and those should come in between .300 and .315 ish anything more and you've got problems. Pull the disks and check them with a dial caliper. if you have a problem call Don in reworks.

The one bolt that goes into the bellhousing was hitting the presure plate. Luckily there was no damage since the bolt was already jammed up agaist it keeping everything from turning over. All the bolts are the factory bolts but the one is just a 1/4" to long

The trans bolts are about a 1/4 or 1/2 inch longer if I am not mistaken.
