INFO needed on converter lockup/???

I am trying to get as much info as possible on options of locking my vig 3200 on the dyno to get some accurate torgue numbers and such. Can the converter be locked via CATS and what values on the tcc tables should be there for a vig 3200 so I can take a look at it. Can you get a good run on a dynojet without using "special programming" or a tool to lock the converter during the run ie operator experience or error? How do you guys with high stall converters prefer to dyno your car to achieve the best results? Thanks for any input.
