increased line pressure to compensate for slipping clutch

So my 3rd and 4th clutches are well going and I was wondering if it was possible to raise the line pressure and decrease the shift times to shift faster to try to prolong the life of the clutches until until January when I can afford a rebuild.

would this idea work?

I am using tuner cats for my programmer

thanks for your input.
