if installing a stall conv. should i beef it up?

if installing a stall conv. should i beef it up?

on a 02 4L60E should i put beef up the tranny and rear if i put like a 3200 stall conv. in there? oh and how does the high stall speed affect driveabilty?

Get an atf cooler, the stall will heat things up a bit more. You might notice a difference when you take off, it'll feel like the trans is slipping. No biggie, that's a fairly street-friendly stall.

Hit the nail on the head. Definatly get the trans cooler if your not going to rebuild first.

I thought about my post, even if you do rebuild....STILL get the transcooler.

I didn't mean it to sound like if you rebuild don't get the cooler.
