I have an A4 and Feels Like M6!

I am not sure what it is. When you start going in 1st, the car starts to jerk like someone that doesn't know how to drive a standard. Then, when you start to slow, it makes clunking sounds...and it doesn't sound good at all. It was a rebuilt tranny and I put a new out of the box vig converter in it...3200 stall. Any ideas?

I watched them put tranny fluid in it...I believe it was enough. The dipstick has the red fluid on it, in the right area. It's really getting to me.
