I could use some help on this clutch issue I got going on

This is the third time i've done my clutch. (poor choices, longer story) I put in a kevlar clutch disc from clutchnet with an otherwise stock setup. After the install and getting everything back together, I fired it up to find my clutch wouldn't disengage. Couldn't get it to go in any gear. One thing that I am thinking, when I put on a new slave a bunch of fluid drained out so I had to do alot of bleeding but that didnt seem to work. Maybe the master has failed or has some trapped air?? I ended up pulling the tranny out anyways to check everything but it there is nothing obvious popping out at me. I thought maybe I had the disc in wrong. On the lt1 the flat part of the disc is toward the pp right? At least that is how the stock disc goes in. Any suggestions? Maybe i'll just put it back together again and try a new master.?

disc basically goes in one way, bleading these cars are a PITA, I bought a cheap bleader sysytem from Auto Zone ( 30.00), makes getting the air out much easier
