Hurst Internal Rail Comp Plus!? Anyone Use?
Hurst Internal Rail Comp Plus!? Anyone Use?
Anyone use this shifter? What does internal rail mean? Is it any good? Im assuming its better then the stock hurst shifter considering it has stops.
Re: Hurst Internal Rail Comp Plus!? Anyone Use?
That means its a shifter that is meant to be used on a tranny with an internal "rail" type shift mechanism.... i.e. the T56. This is as opposed to a shifter intended to work with a tranny that has a system of external levers and rods - i.e. the T10.
The photo looks odd... I thought the Hurst with the adjustable shift stop bolts was the "Billet Plus". I had an original Hurst Competition Plus and it did not look like that one.
