Hurst or B&M Shifters A4?
So, which is better? The Hurst Quarterstick or the B & M pro Stick? I am looking at both of them. The B&M is cheaper, but I think it looks cooler. Which one are you using, and do you like it or not? Do you wish you would have bought the other one or are you satisfied with your purchase?
Also, did it fit in your center cousel? I have a manual consel, will it fit in there and look nice? Got any pics on how you did it??
Thanks!
Cody

No question...B&M Pro Stick. The Hurst are known for the reverse lock out failing. This problem sent a buddy of mine rolling his car 4 times a few years back. The Pro Stick is the best 4 speed shifter made.

Re: Hurst or B&M Shifters A4?
I run a B&M Pro Stick as well.
I am very happy with it and the install was easy cause I used the aluminum cover.
One of the best features in my opinion is the swappable gate plates.
You can control a forward or reverse pattern TH350/400 or
a 4 speed auto simply by changing gate plates (which are about 15 bucks each) You won,t have to buy a complete new shifter.
