how strong is t-56 guts?

how strong is t-56 guts?
i have a T-5 that i broke badly with my car......... 3rd gear don't work any more......
i was told that t-56 gears would fit in the t-5 if i did this would it hold 700 TQ ? and slicks ?
a stock v6 is making alos 550 Tq mine is fully biult and should make lots more then that
