How much will the ten bolt handle?
This is my third camaro. The first was a 12 sec 89 irocz 700r4 that i put about 8 rearends in. The second was a 11 sec 98 z28 a4 that I ran 11.6 in and for a year it held up. My the new one is a 94 m6. So my question how fast before it breaks? I weights 3660 with me in it.
If it does break in then what is a good way to go if your goals are high 11's low 12's? Will a builted ten bolt handle that? I know a 12 or 9 inch will but the cost a arm and a leg.

In an A4, the ten bolts will hold up to more power, for longer.
The M6 cars are really hard on them because of the launches.
You could put a girdle on it, put a main cap stud kit in it, replace the crush collar with a solid pinon spacer, and weld the axle tubes to the housing and it should hold up longer. Shouldn't be more than a couple hundred dollars to do that.
That's about all you can do to beef up the 10 bolt from what I understand.
