Like the question says....

How much pinion angle should I have. Right now I have around 3.5 degrees. I have LCAs and a torque arm. See sig for rest of mods.

From what I understand, you need an equal but opposite amount to what exists at the other end of the shaft. IOW, if you have 3 degrees coming off the tranny, you need -3 degrees going into the pinion. One degree off is tolerable, apparently.

Be warned. I am no authority. Others, may have a lot more good info for you.

I thought the stock pinion angle was set to 0 degrees, or at least pretty close?

I have heard for drag racing anywhere from -2 to -3 degrees was good for traction. But if you do a lot of driving, having this much pinion angle can wear out u-joints rather quickly.
