Question how much can it handle?

The 4L60E that is...or more specifically, will my planned set up run me into trouble? I'm gonna have the following:

whisperlid

SLP "ram air H.O." hood *its a trans am

headers/ory pipe/ loud mouth

3000 stall, 3.73 gears

TR 224/112 cam

...basically shooting for just about 400 rwhp, maybe a little less....

no slicks so I'm planning on the tires acting like a fuse to keep me from hurting my rear end but I don't know how hard this would be on the tranny, any advice????
