Question How long on stock flywheel?

Car has ~150,000 and I'm fixing to put a new clutch in. Should my stock flywheel just need resurfacing or is it time for a new one, high mileage being the issue? New clutch choice is a SPEC stage IV w/carbon.

People have had different experiences cutting their flywheels. I had my stock one resurfaced and had no issues; others have had chatter issues.
