How hard to remove rear end

Just what the title says, how hard is it to remove the entire rear end from a 96 T/A.
Im having the rear end rebuilt and The two options i have are to pull the whole rear and have it taken to the guy who is doing the work or have the entire car towed there which will run at least $120. I just need to know if im getting in over my head with this.
thanks

It is not a hard job at all. Just take you time. Everything is pretty much straight forward. It took me less than an hr to remove my rearend.

I've done it a couple times on LS1 cars, do it yourself and safe some cash.

It's easy.... Only hard part is getting hte brake fittings off...especially if yours is rusted out like mine...

Other than that all your rear end is held in is by the rear Shocks,LCA's, TQ arm, DS Yoke... and Panhard rod.

Yeah, not too bad. I just got the rear out of my T/A last night. Took about 3 hours but I was working outside in the dark and it was freezing! Not a hard job though.
