On a 1998 Z28, how do you changed the hydraulic clutch fluid? Is it worth the time and effort or should I just have a shop do it?

I suppose you could use a turkey baster to empty the reservpoir, then re-fill it, but I don't know that anyone regularly changes the fluid for the clutch. Is there a service interval listed in the owner's manual?
