How big is yours? Converter

Looking for opinions on how much is to much when it comes to limited street driving. Looking for ideas on how much stall I can live with. The car is basically a toy and only sees about 500 miles a year. As it is I thought the 2800 Vig was a little much until the 3.73 gears went in compared to the stock 3.23s. Now it seems to be almost stock as far as drivability. I'm looking to lower my et's and was wondering if a 3600 stall might not be in order. The car shifts at 6400 from 1st to 2nd and 6300 from 2nd to 3rd. I'll be using a 26" tire, (MT street radial). I've even thought about going to a 4000 stall, but next year I'd like to run a 100HP shot of nitrous. So what do you think, and or what are your experiences? Thanks

My 3200 Vigilante drove like stock.

I'll have my Yank PT4000 in the car in a couple of weeks, I'll report back; although I do not forsee any issues.

It all depends on what your are comfortable with, I have had a 3500 stall, that was spec'd to stall 3500 with 3.73's, actually stalls closer to 4K with the 2.73's for 2+ years. now the car had about 12K miles put on it in that time too since it was still me DD...

Now that I have upgraded to 3.73's and bigger tires we'll see if I can take full advantage of it this year, since it liked to shred my drag radials before...

Well I had my fuddle hp3800 in for about 3 weeks now. it took about a week to get use to it, but it's great. I personally wouldn't want to go any bigger. it takes about 2200 rpm's to get going good with traffic. about 1500 to get it rolling. not bad at all, just waiting for the track to open up to get some 60ft's...
