Help!!!!!!!! very big problem

Hey guys before I went to go fill my Trans I thought I would put the battery on and give her a crank. As I push in the clutch pedal it felt like I was pushing a car with my left leg only ,then I felt a sudden pop and the pedal went to the floor. I then try to crank it and it sounded as if motor was locked up.

So I proceeded to go under car and check slave,I had taken the to bolts of slave to find it cracked in half and sent the push bar out,I had also felt around in there and found metal shavings.

Here is what I have and what I did

Competition clutch stage 2
Tick performance 1800$ rebuilt Trans
Stock flywheel just resurfaced
Throw out bearing that came with clutch kit
Roller bearing (pilot bearing)
Stock hydraulics
New clutch fork

This is how I put it together

Roller Pilot bearing installed already
Flywheel (arp bolts)
Clutch and disk

I don't know if I needed the supplied bushing or bearing they sent me

I really don't want to take Trans out again. Please someone help

Check your Master/slave clutch cylinder. Sounds like one may have popped. My My master went out I had fluid leaking out the top
