Help with Servo cover, it won't move.

I have 94 Z28 and am installing the Transgo shift kit. I cannot get the servo cover to budge on the side of the transmission. I have tried prying it inward like the video shows, but it won't move. I tried to turn it a little with pliers, no luck. Tapped the snap ring with screw driver and hammer. Still no go. Any ideas?

you need to remove the snap ring. Get under it with a pick or a small flat blade screwdriver. It will come off. Then take your pick and catch the O-ring at the bottom of the cover where theres a slot in the case. Stretch the O-ring and cut it and pull it out, cover should be easy to remove then.
