What parts would you put in a 9" for it to live on the street and track

car is a M6 T/A about 3800lbs with me in it

7000 rpm red line
3:70 gears
28" tail tire

31-33-35 axle
what pos unit, locker/soft locker so on
what kind of center section Alum/reg steel

is there anything that i am missing
