Help me with Ford 9" install???

I've got an opportunity to buy a 9" rear for really cheap. I had originally planned on a 12 bolt someday so I'm kinda lost. I know obviously it's a good rear but I don't know what all I need to get it going under My 95' Z. Here's what the seller say's about it: "I have a ford 9" housing, third member, and 31 spline axles, no brakes. It measures just over 60" to the ends of the tubes. The gear ratio is around 3.50:1 I'm not sure the exact ratio but i do know it is in the 3.50:1 range. I also have a mini spool that has never been installed." Tell me what else I will need besides the brakes obviously. Also if this sounds like a good setup? I know I'll never need a rear this strong and a 12 bolt will suffice, but I'm looking at about a 10th of the cost for a stronger unit. Plus I could sell a couple things I don't need to make the price even cheaper. I just have a feeling getting it to fit right is gonna be pricey. Plus I have no idea what I'm doing.

If it's coming out of something other than a 4th Gen F-Body, it won't have the proper mounting points for your torque arm, LCAs, shocks and spring perches. It's probably not the right width and you'll need brake backing plates to mount your stock brake system. Chances are the yoke won't mate to your existing driveshaft either.
