Having Problems with my clutch!?!

I'm looking for some help/advice. I've got a 99 Z28 with 75,000 miles on it. The clutch pedal is getting harder to depress, is engaging very close to the floor, and some times sticks halfway out then pops the rest of the way hitting the sole of my shoe. Has anyone experienced this before? Is it the clutch master cylinder? Is it time to get a new clutch? How long has your clutch lasted? Any help would be appreciated.

Usually as a clutch wears it releases closer to the top, as for it sticking alot of the 1998-2000 cars have a junk master in them.
