Angry Having a problem with my 4L60E.

I went and had the transmission rebuilt. It worked fine. Then i went and had the motor rebuilt. it shifted fine at first, then it started not wanting to down shift back to 1st from 2nd or 3rd. 1st to 2nd shifts fine though. was wondering if this was a detent cable adjustment problem, or possibly an electrical problem. getting tired of mustangs and tuners getting me from 30+ because i cant downshift.

No TV cable gonna be a tuning or sensor issue if not a trans issue
