harder to shift while car is moving

When the car is stopped, I can hold the clutch down and shift into 1st to 6th like butter, but while the car is moving, its not as easy. 5th gear can only be reached from 4th. If i try to downshift from 6th, or shift in and out of 5th, its impossible while the car is moving. Ive never driven a t-56 before, is this normal?

Manuy times, when i shift from 4th to 5th, the shifter will go ni the space but when i let the clutch go, i hear a grinding and there is no engagement, so i have to keep the clutch down, bring it into 4th and push it back into 5th again to make sure it engages.

The transmission is rebuilt, i swapped by a4 for this thing. It had some synchros replaced.
