I have the b&m ripper shifter for my m6. I recently took it off to have a shop cut it down for me. The next day I install it the same exact way and Reverse seems to be very very very hard to get it into gear. Also seems 1 gear/2 gears was where 2/3 gear was. Anybody know what could be wrong
