Not uncommon with Spec clutches, some of the throwout bearings I heard might of been too long, there is an easier fix, pull the tranny back slightly and take the bolt out that hold the fork, than grind off about 1/8th" off the spacer that the bolt holds and install it back, what happens is when you press the fork it grinds the pressure plate, if you just take the slave off, look at the pressure plate, you should see a big grind mark around the whole pressure plate.

ok what sthe best way to get at the fork bolt, i think this may have to do with my initial insall of the traanny. Do i just take off the slave, move the trannk back what 3 inches and then try to get a wrench in there or what?
