grinding noise or vibration from tranny!

hi,, i have a 94z m6 and when my clutch is not pressed the tranny or something down there makes like a grinding or shaky sound. if i rev the engine up in neutral i can heard the noise getting louder. if i press the clutch the noise is gone completetly. i dunno what it is but im guessing it has to do with the tranny i already replaced tranny mount and i have a torque arm mount tooo but havent put it there yet. so what do you think it is?
also when i look underneeth the car i can heard the sound better. as i said it only occurs when gthe clutch is NOT pressed. thanks.
