How do you know everything in the differential is going out? Need some more information.

The rear ends physically are the same in all 4th generation cars, 93-02; but you need to be aware there are different gear ratios, as well as TCS/ABS changes. If you find one that matches your ABS and gear ratios it will bolt right in.

i know every thing is going out because i pulled the cover off and i saw a lot of metal on magnet plus the wear from the grinding. there is also the noise that it makes which is a knocking sound while turning slow

Then the 2nd paragraph that I wrote is what you need to look for, everything else matches.

You should be able to find a used rear axle assembly for like $150 complete; if that.

Just be sure the ABS/TCS are the same, and you know the gear ratios so they are either the same or you can reprogram your computer for the new ratio.

Classifieds, craigslist, etc. People part out cars all the time, and with the stock rearends being basically useless for anything making serious HP they weren't ever hard to find whenever I was looking. Hell, I sold mine for $150 I think when I put my Strange 12 bolt in, that's about all it was worth, even with 3.42s and 60K miles.
