Got a t56/A4 swap Question!

Here it is: I am taking out my a4 to do a t56 swap. I am switching my A4 with someone that has a T56 straight up. He and I both need to know how to use the wiring harnesses. I know I need certain pigtails from him. Does he need to use my pigtails or would it be easier to swap the full wiring harnesses between our cars. Please HELP asap. We are swaping the parts on saturday and i need to know if I hve to take out the harness for the engine. Thanks!!!!

I'd say swap the harness, as the 4L60E has that big round connector that goes to the tranny and it would suck trying to get all that stuff straight.

Steve, I simply took out the entire engine wiring harness. Its not that bad, we will have to swap coils. All I have left is the radiator
