Question Gear Break In

Having 3.73's put in tomm. in Montgomery, which is about 110 miles away via highway. How do I break them in properly. I have read some that tear out of the shop and some that baby the crap out of them. Which should I do?

Thanks all!!

I heard you are supposed to go easy for the first couple of heat cycles. So after you drive it home, and then let it sit, and then go out again. If you do that for the first couple days you should be good.
