Flywheel Resurfacing

Wondering about how much it cost to do this, how long it takes and what kind of shop I should get this done at? Can this be done like in the same day?

Thanks,

Johnny

$25-$40 at a machine shop. I think O'reilly's even has a resurfacing machine and yes.

Re: Flywheel Resurfacing

if you have a manual with a hydraulic clutch makes sure to use flywheel savers (shims) so you don't blow out your slave cylinder when you have it machined.

Re: Flywheel Resurfacing

I had mine turned at a transmission shop, cost me $30 and it took about an hour, they only had to take .003 off of it to true it up so i doubt that would effect the slave cylinder.
