Flywheel Questions

Hey guys,

I'm getting ready to put in a new clutch this weekend. I was planning on resurfacing the flywheel, but took a look at Checker and I can get a replacement for around $50 after core. Its a Standard Flywheels 6503.

Does anyone know if this is the right part? Would you advise just resurfacing or buy the new one?

Thanks

Re: Flywheel Questions

I would assume those $50 replacement ones are just stock resurfaced ones as well. I would just have yours resurfaced, you can usually get it done for $50 or less anyway. I've had mine resurfaced twice now. Plus you know its from your car and not one with potentially hundreds of thousands of miles on it.
