Flywheel/Clutch balance alignment

I've got my new AZ replacement flywheel and RAM clutch in hand. The clutch has the yellow paint mark on it, but I don't see an alignment mark anywhere on the flywheel. Does it really matter how I bolt it on? I've heard clutches are neutrally balanced anyway. Or does anyone know where the mark SHOULD be? Thanks.

In case this comes up in a search, I was told to put the yellow mark on the clutch as close to the flywheel dowel pin as possible, so that's what I did.

Clutch to flywheel alignment does not matter since every time you push in the clutch pedal the clutch spins (is disconnected from the flywheel)...

What does matter is pressure plate to flywheel alignment.

I know that. I didn't think there would be any confusion in what I was asking...
