Never seen or heard of them. They look too light and thin (warp?) imo. I went with a RAM Al flywheel and LOVE IT!! It's on a street only car with a Mccleod single disc and it is great on take off. The ram wieghs a bit more than the others but it's thicker and completely rebuilable.

Pics in sig

When swaping to a M6 from an A4 I have heard that you have to balance the fly wheel. How is this done?

Ram sells it prebalanced. That is one of the reasons I went with them. All LT1's are weighted the same on the flywheel from what they told me. I have pics in my sig if interested. I just bolted it on and went.

the fidanza alum flywheels only weigh 13lbs...so i wouldn't say they are "too light"

not to mention the Fidanza's are rebuildable as well.

just an FYI

got mine on ebay through a store for $299 SHIPPED

I have a Fidanza, awesome flywheel rebuildable. No issues extremely quick revs especially 1st and 2nd gears. Worth it for me, ive rebuild mine after my clutch change no issues either after the rebuild kit, usually rebuild kits are around 40-60 bucks depending on were you buy it from got mine for 58 shipped.
