fly wheel resurface

a car with 63000 miles on it is it necessary to resurface it?

Yes, you always resurface a flywheel.

Unless you have a faulty clutch install that goes bad after a couple thousand miles, you might not need to resurface, you'll probably be ok just scuffing it up good with some sandpaper.
