Fidanza Flywheel Balancing?

Anyone know if the LT1 Fidanza Aluminum flywheels come Neutral Balanced? I noticed that there was a removable weight on the back so I am assuming that they are setup to work with the STOCK LT1 setup which is external balanced. I need to know because I am running an internal balanced setup so if it just means that I have to remove the weight on the back of the flywheel then I would rather do that than have to get it balanced.

A friend of mine got the LT1 lightened Fidanza flywheel and it needed to be balanced. I believe there was a slip of paper in the box mentioning this.
Cost $35 at local machine shop here to balance it.

I called Fidanza today. They said to just remove the bolt in weight that comes on the flywheel and that will make it neutral balanced.
