F-Type lubricants

F-Type lubricants

Anyone try running a high friction F-type lube in thier 4L60E. Also, is it the same as the B&M trick shift fluid. thanks,

Wouldn't recommend it, stick with the dexron, Type F has totally different friction characteristics.
