stall in my sig... love it as well for daily driving. My gas mileage is a bit skewed since i have 2.73s but the hot cam kinda kills it too. Around town i get 15-18 on good tanks LOL, and highway still is great, probably over 23 mpg. Unfortunately dont do much highway driving.

4,200 stall. Fine for a weekend car, but wouldn't recommend it for a daily driver.

I've got 4.10's and I NEED a stall!! (if that means anything to you?)

I would assume that an LT1 (with a lower torque peak) would be good with a ~2800 - 3200 stall? For an LS1, I wouldn't go with less than a 3200. ~3500 would probably be a nice start?

Re: everybody with a STALL come inside!!!

Mine is a DD and i have a B&M 2400 it's ok, i've had a 2800 and a 3800 in it too. the 2800 i would have to say was the best for my engine because it was a bolt on motor only. now i wanna go back to the 3800. But for a stock motor i wouldn't go above a 3000. Right now i'm about 20 to 24mpg

It turns about 3k at 75 mph. Havent ran it in the 1/4 yet. 1st and 2nd gear are absolutley useless with street tires. With et streets it will spin alittle on the launch and spin them goin into 2nd. I did beat an 01 gt with header/cb and a vortec blower(9psi).

Last month i drove it daily and it didnt bother me at all. usually gets 15-18 mpg and thats on an open loop tune.
