I wouldn't recomend one for an auto. Back when my car was an auto, I put one in after I broke my stocker, and it made the whole car vibrate to the point where it is unbearable. Now that I have a 6-spd in it, I ahve the poly motor mounts and tranny mount in without any problems.

I have to disagree with that... i put one in my auto back when i had a 95 z28... it had to be the best bang for buck thing i did on that car..... Sure at first it had slight vibrations but once it set and was broken in(after a week) during casual driving you couldnt notice it and during spirited driving all it did was make the car feel more solid, and most importantly it actually made the shifts quicker and harder at WOT. And i am starting to think that people that experience vibration problems have problems elsewhere such as flywheel out of balance or something of that sort... Im on my second car that i put a poly trans mount on (this time a m6) and it hasnt had any vibration problems either....
