Eaton differentials

http://www.ftpp.net/LT1/LT1MAIN.htm- they have the same differential so many other guys are selling but for 120-160 less. I don't understand, is it the same unit? I need a new differential and wanted to buy the best unit I could. After searching around for prices I thought yearone had the best price at 429, but 340 from full throttle?
I want to buy it but am worried something isn't right. I have been on a wild goose chase with rearend problems the last thing I want is not the right part. Just looking for some input. thanks
