easy question

i have a 1996 camaro z28 and im dropping the tranny, i took the driveshaft out, and i was wondering if i have to take that torque bar that comes from the rear end to that tranny all the way off, or just unbolt it from the transmission and be good?

Just unbolt it from the trans.
