easiest way to recalibrate the speedometer?

I am going from 2.73 gears to 3.42 gears, can anyone tell me the easiest way to recalibrate the speedometer?

Also, how will changing to 3.73 gears effect my short run (0 - 60 or 1/4 mile run) and it will effect my highway driving?

Will the car feel more sluggish on the highway?

Thanks
Tom

What kind of car? if it's a computer controlled car (3rd or 4th gen) then you need to have the PCM re-programmed.

EASIEST way is just to order up a Hypertech programmer and reset it with that in about 20 minutes. CHEAPEST maybe something else as hypertechs are around $350 a piece. If you can find someone with LT1 edit, im sure they can change it for you.
