Drivetrain gears

i was wondering what size gears i should get and what size comes stock on my car??? i dont want to over do it just have a nice size gear in there that will give me some more acceleration 3.42 3.73 or 4.10 thanks guys

Search the drivetrain section... Been discussed a few times... I use 3.42 w/A4 for streetability...

Need basic info.... like what trans do you have (A4, A4 with performance rear axle package, M28 M6, M29 M6?). That will determine what the stock gears are, and will help determine what gears you might want to consider switching to.

Your 93 could have either 2.73's or 3.23's, and either of those could be paired with the A4 or the M6. You should pulll the RPO code off the build code tag, to determine what was stock.

Except the indication of GU4 as the code for the 3.23's with the M29 M6 is not correct. The 3.23's are all GU5.
