driveshaft??
What driveshaft are you higher horse F-bod guys running? I have to replace mine and don't know if I should just find a stocker LS1 or go with something more heavy duty....

Generally get better results on this topic on the "Drivetrain" forum. I'll move your post there.

I run a Mark Williams 3" chrome moly DS with billet slider (TH400) and solid 1350 u-joints.

running my stock alum ls1 unit on my car...400+ rwhp, stage 4 clutch...and i was running 315 DRs.

Use a Denny 3 1/2" HD Alum with 1350 U-joints. Between a M6 and Moser 12 bolt. (app... 97ss 383 D1 M6)

I believe mines a CM Strange, good for 7 or 800 rwhp, I cant remember exactly. I DO know it will never see more than 6 to 700 rwhp in the future.
