Driveability Issues... Need a resolution.

My car used to bust out 13.00x's all day as an average @ the track. This year it wont get under 13.60... When starting out in first gear (M6), the thing seems like it really bogs and doesnt go anywhere until about 3500 rpm+.... I think its my clutch, but am not sure. Im going to maybe put in a Spec Stage 4 clutch package w/ alum. flywheel here shortly (within a month), then a 12 bolt in August... Any input as to what this might be??

Thanks!

What you describe doesn't sound clutch related to me. More info would be helpful.

It just feels to me like for the first 30-40 mph it lags ... doesnt seem like it has pull -- seems like it might be falling on its face then around 3500 rpm it wakes up and runs like a raped date.
