Just as the title says, I found a complete rear from a bone yard pull with low miles cheap, only thing is it has a stamped cover. It is a 96 SS but I don't think it has the torsen option. and a gamble on a lsd rear probably wouldnt be worth the money.

 

Back then. I ordered my 97ss with the torsen option. It had the alum cover, Marked "AAM". American Axle Mfg. B.

 

mine is the same, thats why I asked. I thought the cover was also an option though? Or was it they both came together?
