Could someone recomend me a clutch for my application?

Hello all, I read through the sticky at the top of the page but I am a bit overwhelmed by all the different options.

The clutch/pp I pulled out seems a little warped so I wanted to fix it now while the motor is out. Its an LE2 build so its going to have about 400 torque.

I spoke with a guy at Spec and he recomended me a Stage 1, but I wanted to do my due dilligence.

Can the standard autozone duralast handle my power level?

Car is a 1995 Z28, 226/230 cam, le2 heads, long tubes, etc.

I'd probably just go with stage 2 for that kind of car. Might as well.
