converters

iv heard just makin sure first is a 700r4 converter the same as a 4l60e...are they interchangable...i want to use the verter to get a ghetto stall for the mean while...small...jus a lil help bc i think im riching out bad off the line and dont ahve money for 600$ vig or w/e

Yes it will work as long as its the 30 spline 700R4.

If you have the tranny out, just count how many splines it has, but I know thats right around the cut off year when they went from the 27 spline to the 30 spline so you will just have to count the splines.
