does anyone know of anybody that makes a complete kit to convert an auto to a six speed in a '95 z-28 from the pedal to the tranny?

You call one of the salvage yards that specializes in 4th Gen F-Bodys, and ask them for a package. They will be able to assemble all the parts you need from the cars in the yard. Its a very popular "package" for the bone yards. Going price is probably about $1,500. You would want to upgrade the clutch, probably.
