Question Concerning TC change

Hi everyone;

Very shortly I will have my stock TC swapped out with a Yank 3000 (I already have 3.73 gears). I have purchased a TransGo shift kit, and after the install, I am going to have my car dyno tuned with the shop using LS1 edit. Here is my questions:

Will I need to have the shift points changed with LS1 edit, or will the TransGo shift kit take care of that function mechanically?

Does changing the shift points have anything to do with increasing the line pressure?

Thanks in advance.
